It was ok, the communication and delivery was good. The car was in Bad shape though, it drives, but it was just in poor general condition.I'd say 3, because still everything worked and it was ok, and as said the Rental was on time and easily reachable

Everything was great. I wanted the Car to be delivered at Bakuriyani and within few hours of time Mr. Giorgi deliver the car from Tbilisi to Bakuriyani. Car was cleaned and in very good condition. Most importunely the communication was great and he was always available thru what's app and calls. on my last day in Tbilisi he helped me with city parking tickets. as I wasn't able to download the parking application to my mobile phone. We rented a Mercedes B200 for 4 days. Very competent support resources throughout the process (selection, reserve, use, delivery cars). Drove 800 km across beautiful Georgia. As agreed, the car was waiting at the airport with a friendly and polite employee. The car has excelled in comfort, dynamics and efficiency (7.5 l / 100km, taking into account the traffic jams in Tbilisi). I will use the local car hires service in other countries on the next trips. RECOMMEND 100%
