سار كل شيء على ما يرام، وكانت السيارة في حالة جيدة باستثناء بعض النقاط البسيطة البسيطة. لم يُطلب مني التحدث باللغة الروسية، ولكن كان من الجيد أن الرجل تحدث معي بالروسية). سارت عملية التوصيل والاستلام بشكل رائع، حيث أوصلتها إلى منزلي، واستلمتها في المكان المحدد، وكان كل شيء مثاليًا، شكرًا لك!

موصى به للغاية! لقد استأجرنا سيارة من شخص رائع قدم لنا خدمة متميزة - كان دائماً متاحاً ولطيفاً وصبوراً. سار كل شيء بسلاسة وسرور. كانت السيارة في حالة ممتازة، تماماً كما وُصفت، وقد أحدث الاهتمام الشخصي كل الفرق. إذا كنت تبحث عن شخص تستأجر منه سيارة، فهذا هو الشخص المناسب. خدمة جديرة بالثقة، واحترافية، وخدمة من الدرجة الأولى. نوصي به بكل إخلاص!

سيارة رائعة ومالك رائع. كل شيء سار على ما يرام دون أي أسئلة - اجتماع سريع وعقد وإيداع ودفع نقدًا، وهو أمر مريح للغاية. سافرت السيارة لمسافة 1550 كم عبر ثلاث دول: الجبل الأسود وصربيا والبوسنة والهرسك، ولم تحدث أي مشاكل على الحدود - أظهرت وثائق السيارة وأدخل حارس الحدود كل شيء بنفسه. السيارة تبدو رائعة على الطريق السريع والسربنتين. كان الفارق البسيط الوحيد هو أن النافذة الأمامية للراكب لم تكن منخفضة، لكنها لم تكن مشكلة بالنسبة لنا حيث كان مكيف الهواء يعمل باستمرار ولم تكن هناك حاجة لفتح النافذة. أوصي بشركة التأجير وبنوري شخصياً.

لم تكن هناك سيارة محجوزة، وكنا نريد سيارة مرسيدس، لذلك عُرض علينا سيارة سيتروين كاكتوس بنفس السعر الموجود على الموقع الإلكتروني. وبما أننا كنا بحاجة ماسة إلى السيارة، كان علينا الموافقة. كانت السيارة في حالة جيدة، وكانت نظيفة من الداخل. ولكن بصرف النظر عن ذلك، كان من المزعج أن السيارة تم إحضارها مع 3/4 خزان بنزين، وبطبيعة الحال كان من الصعب جداً حساب الكمية اللازمة من البنزين لتعبئة السيارة وكان لدينا كمية بنزين أكثر في الخزان بمقدار 10 لترات. رفض المالك تعويض تكلفة البنزين المعبأ أكثر من اللازم. لذا كن حذرًا، لا تنخدع بهذه 3/4 وتطلب أن يكون هناك خزان بنزين ممتلئ، لا أن تخسر، كما فعلنا 15 يورو. يبدو الأمر وكأنه احتيال صغير وليس حادثاً أو إهمالاً.

سارت عملية الاستئجار بشكل رائع، وبشروط مرنة، واستلام وتوصيل مريح في مدن مختلفة من جمهورية التشيك. لم يتم اختراع أي خدوش أو رقائق أو أي شيء آخر من قبل المستأجر عند تسليم السيارة. السيارة جديدة تقريباً وفي حالة ممتازة.

Rented this car in October 2022. The provided car was in good technical condition, no complaints. Salon Auto was clean, comfortable, without foreign odors. Built-in GPS-navigator justified the money spent. Ideal value for money. I would like to mention the landlord Nikola, who provided impeccable support 24/7. Registration of the necessary documents (including for traveling abroad), transfer and acceptance of the car took the minimum time. I recommend the car park of the lessor Nikola to everyone. Next time I will use only his car rental services.

Special thanks to the local landlord for their 24/7 support. In case of a small problem with closing the roof, we HAVE ARRIVED from Budva in 20 minutes in Kotor in 20 minutes and showed / repaired everything (earlier, when renting a car from other companies, I learned the way to the only car service in Kotor and its mode of operation). The landlord speaks excellent Russian. The car is clean and in very good condition. We are very pleased with the rental and plan to use the services of this particular company on our next visit to Montenegro. Thank you dear friends!
