كان كل شيء على ما يرام: الشيء الوحيد هو أنني اضطررت إلى تغيير وقت استلام السيارة بساعتين، لكنهم غيروا السيارة إلى سيارة أخرى (درجة أعلى قليلاً). كان الاستلام مريحاً أيضاً. كان العيب الوحيد هو أنه لم يكن أحد في مركز تأجير السيارات يتحدث الإنجليزية، لكنهم قاموا بتسوية الأمر على أصابعهم).

Overall I liked the service. Practically everything was as described on the website. The only thing was that there were some problems with the car we booked. We were offered another one, with a small additional payment. In the end, I was satisfied with the rental.
