We rented a Volkswagen Jetta for 11 days. We drove all over the country and enjoyed every minute of the trip (over 1500 km!). The car was great and the service from the company was outstanding! Delivery and pickup was great, and they even let us borrow the car for an extra few hours in the evening to help us cook dinner, which was too far to walk on our last night. Communication was mainly via WhatsApp and was always very clear and prompt, even in the late evening hours. I rented a Volkswagen Passat on the website. Unfortunately, there was no Passat in real life. Your agency called me and offered me another option. (Mercedes E series and Toyota Yaris). One was more expensive, the other was so small that unfortunately the agency didn't do any discounts or anything like that. So it was not a good experience. Chose the Passat because of the large family, etc. I used a Toyota Yaris.
