Everything was good, the car was eventually provided ford focus, as I realized it was newer, but there was a small malfunction with the gearbox, which forced me to sometimes stop on the way, so that the car - cooled down. Otherwise everything was good and polite.

Booked the car without any problems The next day we met at the appointed time. I picked up the car. I used it all day without any problems. In the morning a man (not the one who gave me the car) was supposed to come. He showed up late, but it was no big deal. I went out, they say you scratched the car 😨 I'm shocked because I know I didn't do it. He calls the guy who gave it to me. On the other end they say the car was fine. 🤷🏼♀️ At this point I remember that I made a video before I got in the car. The video clearly shows that there was a scratch (I do not know how miraculously I made the video, as the first time in my life to rent) For the same reason, I filled a full tank by habit (it's my fault, I understand) But, I think you could go to a meeting and make a discount at least, I almost did not rent it. In general, everything is normal, but I think it is necessary to make it mandatory to take a photo of the car "before", so that there were no such incidents.
