We rented a car on this site in August 2023, which we have never regretted! The car was delivered with a slight deviation in time due to traffic jams about what the driver reported in real time coming out all the time on the phone! We ordered a Citroen for 7 people, after payment reported that the car in the service and offered for the same money Mercedes Vito, which is very pleased!In the car was a booster and a child seat, as we were traveling with two children 3 and 8 years old, which we reported in the questionnaire! Acceptance and transfer of the car was as fast as possible and without problems! The whole family was very satisfied after such a vacation, because to be in Croatia and see all of its true beauty without a car is not real!We took the car for 4 days, on the penultimate day there was a small malfunction that we immediately reported to the lessor! Despite the fact that it was a day off and already evening, we immediately got in touch and offered technical inspection the next day, asking whether we can deliver the car or they will come in the morning and do the inspection, we refused the inspection and the next day in Podgorica handed over the car without any problems!We rented the car in Sutomore and handed it over in Podgorica, because from there we had a bus home! I would like to thank the lessor and his team in the rapid provision of services and in the maximum simplification of this process! Next time we visit Croatia, we will definitely turn to you! The fuel tank of the vehicle was full and the best thing is that they do not take a deposit because other rental companies may block your credit card for a higher amount than the rental price. All in all the experience was fine, but the pick up of the car was problematic. It was said that there will be someone to greet us with name card, but there was no one waiting. After almost an hour of waiting we finally turned on internet, we got message that the car is in parking lot, but they gave wrong number plates.

The car (2014 Touran) ticked all the important boxes. Good engine, good gearbox, good suspension. Easy to drive and even the multimedia system was a nice to have. It lacked already some scratches, both in- and outside, but nothing to worry about. The delivery was on point. Payment by cash. The retour was smooth too.

Host wasn't very friendly from the beginning. It was very hard to arrange giving the car back. Car was gives with empty tank Back tires were very worn, hopefully not much rain during the stay. It was advertised that there would be a cool box to keep food fresh but not present. And more importantly the car was defective and didn't in my way to the airport at 5 am the last day so I had to run get a taxi with all of my stuff at my cost of course

In Montenegro I was in touch with mr.Dragan. So, first of all in aero port of Tivat I was given old opel corsa (with broken gearbox, car body was scratched everywhere and it was motor alarm on the main panel) instead of Mercedes. After not so pleasant discussion with mr.Dragan he promised to give me Mercedes Benz 180 Cdi. Two days later it was done (to pick up the car I had to go from Bubva to Petrovacna). The car had as well many alarms (motor, sensors, lamps) and and problems with the suspension (knocking in the area of the front wheels). In Switzerland, for example, to drive such car is strictly forbidden and may be punished with huge fines. It means, when I had book the car through your site it was not mentioned that you propose cars in disrepair. It was our first visit to Montenegro and we were really disappointed with such experience. I hope, that your other clients will never meet such service again. With the Best Regards

The car wasn't the one we had ordered, but that wasn't a problem. But it was really dirty and had many papers and food form other people before us. Also the tyres were soft, which made us have a puncture which we had to find a mechanic to change it because the renter couldn't give us assistance. Also the cars battery was low and we nearly couldn't start the car a couple of times. Also we had paid for 4 days abroad because we wanted to go to Albania, but it wasn't written in the contract so the police didn't let us go through the border.

Yeah, everything went about fine. The first day they gave me the wrong car I was expecting, a Citroen Picasso. It was too big for the city. It was very uncomfortable to park. But the next day I got a Peugeot 107. A very nimble little car. But there was one thing. I had a full tank of gas. And the car started leaking gasoline. I immediately informed the owner of the car. It's not safe to have a car with such a defect. But in general I was satisfied. I want to thank you for the rental.

After ordering I was promptly contacted by a representative of the rental company and asked me if I had ordered a trip abroad. I checked the box, so I confirmed that yes, I had ordered it. My friend complained about some error, but then said that okay, and systems make mistakes, so I will have a trip. At 10pm the day before the rental (the rental was for 9am), I was contacted again by a representative of the company and asked if I was driving a manual. The thing is that Skoda in Bara and because of two days it will not be taken to me, so I have a choice: ancient Accent on automatic or 208 on manual. I chose the 208. In the morning they brought the car. In the contract I paid attention to the field "Car for rent in Montenegro", where there was a stamp of the rental company. I asked what about traveling abroad. The man called someone, clarified, then wrote BiH with a pen over the stamp and said that now everything is normal. I checked a couple of times whether the pen over the seal was really normal, and I was assured that everything was definitely normal. Naturally, the first thing I was told at the border was that it was not normal and illegal to do so. I had to "turn on the fool" and with a lot of effort I had to beg the border guards to let me pass. Otherwise, the rental went fine. When handing over the car, I pointed out this fact to the guys, to which I received the answer that they always do so, and always everything works, and of course it is absolutely normal to do so, and in general, the exit costs 5 euros (as if I did not pay for it). In general, not a bit of doubt and regret on their part. That was the end of it. That's how it went
Hyundai Accent
Rated 4 out of 5. Chekin/checkout will go, only the connection is not directly with the person who brings/drives the car, so it is not very clear when exactly will come, I had to wait, but I negotiated for another time, maybe that's why. When I gave the car, they said not to wait for a man, and leave the car with the keys under the seat, it amused me. The car itself is exactly as I expected, with its own peculiarities, but for 30 euros a day everything is fair. The only downside is that they didn't warn me that the fuel gauge could be hovering at the same level. As a result, I stalled in the middle of the highway, it turned out to be out of gas, although the gauge showed half a tank. Luckily I stopped right in front of the gas station, I was lucky. If they had warned me about it, I would not have had any remarks. From non-critical for me for this price, but perhaps important for someone else: shock absorbers are dead (huge roll), tires are almost bald and cracked, one tire is gradually losing pressure, the steering wheel is not in the center and the car moves away even if you pump the same pressure in the tires, on one of the rear wheels can not get to the nipple because it is closed with a cap (fortunately it did not lose pressure), consumption is quite large. And so the car starts, drives, brakes, does not overheat in traffic jams, the air conditioner cools.
