It wasn’t the best to be honest. The people were great, the process was fine, the car was questionable but it got us about… just about. It broke down on the last day. BUT Artur came to the rescue. So as I said people great, car not so great

My experience with arthur was totally good. Once at the airport we immediately met arthur's son, a very kind guy that gave us all the informations about the car. The car was in perfect condition and nothing was wrong with it the entire trip. To be honest we were totally surprised about how much kilometers you can do on a single tank! Very good experience

the rental went really well. The people were very helpful. We got a ticket for wrong parking and the company helped us pay it. They were also really quick in responding. In all, a good experience.

I was completely satisfied with the car rental, despite the fact that the local guys spoke almost no English - they were very cordial and friendly, communication with them left only positive emotions and memories. All the conditions of the original agreement were fulfilled, no pitfalls were found, which I am very happy about.

We had a really good car rental experience. Good communication and service, we picked up the car at Tirana airport upon arrival and left it at the office in Tirana city on the last day of our visit. Everything was allright. We have survived driving in Albanian mountains. No damage, no failure. The engin of the car was weak for mountains but it was my choice and I knew it. Love your country and the trafic. The guys renting me a car were pleasant and fair.
