We received another Prius, which was no problem for us. The owner was always in touch and kindly offered to bring the car under the address and also agreed to let us give the car back 2 hours later. For what he thanked us very much. They wanted to charge us for the car wash. Initially it was about 20$, then about 10$ and in the end we paid additional 15 GEL as it was the only cash we had. The car was clean inside, the only thing was sand on the body. I don't understand why the company can't include such things as payment for washing in the total amount for rent. The 2nd thing that was very embarrassing was the absolutely bald tires. According to the contract, if something happened to it, I would have to pay them for new tires. Maybe in Georgia it is customary to drive with such tread, but it made me worry whether we would reach our destination.

Rental process was rather easy. Naili from the car provider responds quickly through WhatsApp. The car condition was acceptable, meaning a lot of small damage to the car body. The worst were quite weak brakes and sometimes on the hill even when the brake was pushed to full, the car still moved. We faced one hidden cost due to our flight delay. We were charged 50 Lari for that. We were also surprised by the fact that we have to pay for broken tire (we had a flat tire during our travel) - I was sure that full damage waiver - all damage to the car means no additional cost. Unfortunately it turns out that this doesn't apply to tires, windows etc. It should be written bold during booking process.

I took the car for three days. Either the car has a broken height adjustment of the driver's seat, or the car is really not suitable for people with a height of 190 cm. I had to sit in a very bent state and rest my head on the roof of the car. The front wipers are activated by a homemade button that hangs on a wire near the driver's door. We were caught in the rain, it is not very convenient and not safe, because with this button, the wipers turn on and have only one speed, with a little rain, we had to constantly turn them on and off. The rear wiper doesn't work at all. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but even worse, basic ventilation does not work. In the rain, the windshield was sweating, and I had to open the side windows a little, but it didn't help much. There was a rag in the door, probably for such an occasion, to wipe the glass from the inside. This is again not safe. And to go with the side windows slightly open in the rain is not very pleasant and cold. Driving at night is also not safe, because of the wiping of the windshield

To be honest it's terrible. The day before the start of the rent, I was informed that there was no car, supposedly somewhere tourists had an accident on it, but this was not so, because a few days later I saw this car completely intact. As a result, we agreed that they would bring me a car on the second day of the lease. I was charged a higher amount for rent than it was originally on the site. Well, the worst thing is that on the 4th day of the rental, the car engine breaks down in the mountains near Gudauri. We are left without a car for another day. I had to call a taxi for 300 lari from Gudauri to be picked up from the highway and taken to our house. The next morning, they allegedly brought me a replacement - a 7-seat pathfinder, instead of a 9-seat Vito, given that there were 9 of us, I also had to order a taxi for 2 more days to fit everyone. Of course, I did not receive any refunds for lost days (except the first one), taxis, nerves, etc.
