As a traveler with 20+ years of experience, this is the first time I've encountered a clause about speeding fines from the landlord. Exactly the fines from the landlord, not the traffic police. (official fines are normal practice, you violated - you paid, everything is fair) As a result, the landlord, tracking the route by GPS, presented fines for about 30 000 Russian rubles for each minor exceeding 100 km / hr. Screens were attached - all exceedances on an empty country road. As a result of long negotiations we came to an agreement on 10 tons of rubles. From a legal point of view, there are no questions, the clause is in the contract, but for people who have not yet encountered such a scheme, it can be a trap.
