After a short inspection and signing the documents, we could start driving. The car worked well for a whole week, the air conditioning works and it drove up every mountain, and there is no shortage of those in Montenegro. What more could you want? There was also no problem with returning the car at the agreed place in Kotor. Once again, the employee came at the agreed time, took the keys and we said goodbye, continuing our journey to Albania. It was okay, your team is very helpful, but the Yaris needs some work, the transmission system isn't working very well. It's fine for Kotor bay, but we decided not to drive to Durmitor because it accelerates very slowly and inconsistently. Also, the front bumper was barely holding on on one side, but that wasn't much of an issue for us, just had to adjust it once in a while

Rented this car in October 2022. The provided car was in good technical condition, no complaints. Salon Auto was clean, comfortable, without foreign odors. Built-in GPS-navigator justified the money spent. Ideal value for money. I would like to mention the landlord Nikola, who provided impeccable support 24/7. Registration of the necessary documents (including for traveling abroad), transfer and acceptance of the car took the minimum time. I recommend the car park of the lessor Nikola to everyone. Next time I will use only his car rental services.

Well, it was passably 🙂 Positive points: we did get the car, with child seat and the configuration as described. The air conditioner and lights were working. And they didn’t take a deposit at all. Plus we returned the car 1h later than booked without extra charge. Negative points: they were late at the airport, we had to wait 30 minutes. 2 young men brought the car, but they hardly helped us with the luggage (and we were a company of 2 women and a child). When issuing the rental agreement, they forgot to state the full CDW which I payed extra, I had to remind them. They didn’t have change, so I paid 5 euro more (and noone met us when we were returning the car, so I didnt get it back — not a big deal, but they even didnt say sorry). The driver seat smelled with sweat, it was unpleasant. The car system was showing the exclamation mark mentioning tyres, break lights and start/stop system - I had to pump up the tires - and they didnt answer my message about these warnings (I noticed it only after we started our journey). Oh and the child seat was very used. So in general, the car was functioning and all extras I ordered were provided, but it wasn’t a smooth experience.

We had some issue with one of children seat and I was discussing with operator about this through WhatsApp (seat didn't hold in the seatbelt) Finally, the driver came back and we changed this children seat for new one (booster)! These children seats were quite old but on the other hand the price for rent a car was really down, so I won’t want to write about some small damages in the car! Car worked normally, it was quite comfortable and it helped us did our trips well! Return of car was without some problems respectively operator wrote that we could only give a key on tire and he wished a good flight!
