We ordered 2 child seats, they forgot to bring them and promised to bring them within 2 hours, but did not bring them. The next day, the chairs were brought at 11.15, the chairs are dirty, it feels like they were lying somewhere under the fence and they were brought to us without even wiping them. And since we planned to go far and at 11.15 it was already too late to go, all our plans were ruined. To my question about compensation or a discount, they answered that we had already gone to a meeting and entered the 2nd driver into the contract for free. Whether this could compensate for the plans that were broken for 2 days - no, of course.
