My overall feedback is neutral, even I would say positive. The communication was perfect, car delivery and pick up, and everything was very unproblematic and worked very well. The car itself was as promised, was clean. It had though some technical issues. The hand break function was kind of instable. It had a not very intuitive handle and finally ended up with a warning sign on the board that it has some problem. Although it worked but one had to be careful to make sure. I think this needs a bit of service anyway. The second issue was with the central lock. It sometimes locked only rear doors, sometimes only the drivers doors, really very random. Needed accurate check after each locking to make sure that all doors are locked. But somehow we coped with it 😀 We did not contact the technical support because it would mean delay etc. , somehow it was not that critical stuff. So that's it.
Toyota Yaris in Montenegro
It was okay, your team is very helpful, but the Yaris needs some work, the transmission system isn't working very well. It's fine for Kotor bay, but we decided not to drive to Durmitor because it accelerates very slowly and inconsistently. Also, the front bumper was barely holding on on one side, but that wasn't much of an issue for us, just had to adjust it once in a while
Volkswagen Touran in Montenegro
The rental went great! Taurana was not available, but they fulfilled the condition indicated in the note that a car for 6 seats was needed - they gave a newer Skoda Kodiaq 7-seater car to replace it. And it seemed to me that it is even more economical than Tauran. So everything suited me 100%. The only thing is that I did not know exactly where the company's office is located in Budva and would like to add geolocation to the site - for future new customers.
Hyundai i30 in Montenegro
Everything went Miraculously! Only positive emotions! All liked it. The car is fresh, playful and roomy as it turned out. There were four of us and each had a suitcase. Everything fit. There were doubts whether there would be enough power in the mountains on serpentines (there are still 4 of us), but the machine never let us down, everywhere it rolled us briskly and cheerfully. The pick-up and drop-off of the car was at the airport, everything went smoothly, at the agreed time, without delays or nagging. The deposit was returned at the end, even without reminders. Everything is Super! I recommend and advise you to use the services of your site!

It went +/- normally. We were given a hyundai i20 instead of a toyota - not critical, as the cars are basically about the same size. In addition to the price that was specified in the voucher, I paid 112 euros more for "insurance". In fact, it is just an extra payment, so that when accepting the car they did not check it for new damage. As far as I remember, I had already paid for one of the insurance options when I placed the order on the website. But when I asked about it, I was told that without paying 112 euros, there will be no insurance. Otherwise everything was fine. The car was in average condition, there were no surprises

I recommend the car rental company, the car was delivered even earlier than the announced time, agreed to be brought in at 8.00 in the evening without additional payment, took the Toda on time without any special bureaucracy, everything is very friendly and loyal, the car met the stated criteria, although there are technical issues that need to be repaired, but driving and impressions did not interfere. Thank you very much, next time we will definitely contact you again.
