instead of a 20 year Toyota they brought a 2013 Nissan Almera to the airport, they said the Toyota had been in an accident, we had to take it because it was New Year holidays, high season, there was no replacement, we drove the whole rental period, we were worried that the car would break down, because it jerked every time we started driving, everything was fine. Please note that this lessor may not supply the machines that are declared, we are satisfied with the work of your service, feedback was given, we will apply again.

I had no issue on the car rental. My only feedback is perhaps the delivery of the car can be done at the pick up are at the airport, so that customers do not have to walk to the car park. At the delivery area, customers need to sign off and check the car physical condition and sign off (This would be a very quick procedure). The rest of the stuff credit card guarantees etc can be done online prior to the delivery. Tks

He told me that I would be met at the airport with a sign. On the day of arrival I was sent a photo of the person who would meet me and the place of meeting. On arrival, the documents were drawn up, I paid the money for rent and deposit. The deposit was returned to me when I returned the car. Everything was smooth, efficient and no fuss!
