Not worse. The car in general in good condition, but I had to buy AdBlue myself. It marred the experience a bit. At the end of the lease I went to the office. The car was checked and immediately took us to the airport. I am satisfied with the cooperation.

The service is good - convenient. The landlord turned out to be incompetent. When handing over the car - they took photos from such an angle/angle that one of the damages on the passenger door was not visible on the photo. It is not the first time we rent a car and we know such attempts to deceive, so we made a photo of this place on our phone. When returning the car - the lessor pointed us to this damage and said that it was not at the transfer of the car - allegedly confirming his words by showing us the photos made, then the dialog he tried to build that you need to pay for the repair and now he will find out the cost, but to his great regret - we told him that this trick will not work with us, as we have a photo confirming that the car was issued to us with this damage, to his great regret and frustration, he had to give the deposit and we parted.

When delivering the car to you, detailed photos are taken and you are asked to record it with photos. Sometimes the details in the photos taken may not be clearly visible due to the light or angle, that is why we ask you to take photos. If we had bad intentions, we would not have paid you a deposit anyway, as we will see in other comments, we are definitely clean and honest. Moreover, while your reservation was for a cheap manual car, we gave you an automatic car with a higher price without any difference in price. We definitely do not accept this comment and we condemn you for your comment.

Everything was fine! The car was different. We were offered a Renault automatic, which was fine! The registration was quick, we were accepted too. The only drawback, which was inconvenient, was that the car was not locked. When we found out we were already far away and did not waste time on the replacement. Well, it was not offered to us))) We had to stop everywhere in closed parking lots, or had to take things with us. Otherwise, everything is good! Thank you.
