The car is good, roomy. The only thing is weak air conditioning, they said they were checking something, in the end they did not answer, we always drove with open windows, it was very hot). And more unpleasant was the fact that we could not turn in the car at the time agreed in advance. The person arrived an hour almost later, if it were not for the flight delay, we would not have had time to leave. They said that according to the law of booking they have an hour to pick up the car, not sure if this is true

All in all, everything went fine. But there are a few unpleasant moments: 1. It is always easier to pick up and drop off the car with a full tank 2. On the second day in the car critically dropped the level of urea, the engine light and respectively adblue lights came on. We were on a serpentine road and not much pleasant. 3. We were able to get to the manager only after several calls, he assured us that everything is ok and that we just need to fill up 5 liters of fluid at the nearest gas station. 4. We did it, but naturally the icons did not disappear and the computer warned that after 1000.... 950... 900 km we will not be able to go anywhere 5. My requests to the manager to come and solve it in the service did not get an answer, it was said that he is sick and will try to solve the issue tomorrow. 6. Initially we planned to drive to Cappadocia, but everything had to be naturally replayed, we just drove along the coast. 7. The tank that we filled initially was used up by 1/3. 8. On the day of departure, I wrote several times to the manager about the time of arrival at the airport, in the end we got through to him already standing in the parking lot of the airport. 9. The rental went well, thank you! A convenient site where it is easy to book a car, unlike many other usual resources for renting a car, where you need a foreign card, large deposits and so on. And here - you book in rubles (a small amount of prepayment) and pay the main amount in cash in the office of the rental company. After booking, the rental company contacted me to clarify the details. I was met at the airport and taken back - after handing over the car. Everything was quick, convenient, and there were no problems.

Dacia Lodgy in Turkey
We rented a Dacia Lodgy 7 Seater in July 2023. 3 adults and 4 children fit in the cabin, even 2 suitcases and hand luggage fit in the trunk. The car was delivered to us directly to the airport, but with a slight delay. Dacia was not afraid of the steep streets of Kalkan, the cabin was perfectly cooled by air conditioning. Roads in Turkey and interchanges are not complicated, so we recommend renting a car. You get complete freedom of movement. The next time we visit Turkey we will turn to the same company. We liked everything!

Fiat Egea Urban in Turkey
It went well, even though it ended up being a Reno Taliant. But the website said Fiat Egea Urban or similar, so no complaints. Unfortunately, the staff did not speak English at all, they also, citing a ban, did not agree to take me not to the airport, but the same distance into the city so I could take a bus to the bus station. But they were very kind and called me a cab. Other than that, everything was fine.

There was some miscommunication at first, apparently not all the information was received, but we sorted it out, I showed them the booking voucher with the price and what I ordered, and everything was resolved. There was no Renault Megane Sedan, but they gave us a better car - a brand new Alfa Romeo).
