everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. On 08/23/2018 we rented a car through Localcarhires.com company. Initially we applied for a Mitsubishi Attrage. But the guys brought us another car: Toyota Camry. The car was brought to our hotel at the time we appointed and it was picked up from there. Delivery and pickup was free of charge for us. The car was in perfect condition, clean, there were 2 bottles of water in the car. We had to return the car on 27.08 at 14.00, we asked the guys from the company to extend the rental period until 23 pm, which was agreed by the company and the car was taken away from us at 23 hours. We want to say a huge thank you to Aqeel - we were very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with you and your company. We will definitely rent a car from you next time.

There are no questions to the car, drove it for two weeks, handed over the car also without any problems. The only problem I had was a letter demanding to pay for toll roads, which came two months after returning to Moscow. And here was a serious enough problem, because it was not difficult to pay the debt on the spot, I had cash with me, the card "Gazprombank" worked, but when I came to Moscow to pay 5000 rubles by bank transfer to the account that was specified, it turned out to be a big problem. I, of course, coped with it, but next time it would be more convenient to immediately check the debt for this service and take it on the spot. And in general everything is good.

Otherwise everything was OK, the company was always in touch.

Good afternoon. Using the platform, I booked a Renault Megane in the UAE (Sharjah region). The rental company provided the car without any problems. However, when I returned the car, I found two scratches on the bottom of the bumper, which were definitely not my fault (or I inspected them inattentively, as they were on the bottom of the bumper). It seemed strange that during the inspection the representative immediately paid attention to them and did not examine the car further. Despite the insurance "FULL CASCO" (by the way, no insurance documents were not actually given to me) I was obliged to compensate for the damage. If you count on the insurance, then it is necessary, according to them, to go to the police and make a report on a minor accident, which is not possible, because there is no time, vacation with children and they are not left alone. The renter's representative said you could download an app, but it wasn't working (then I checked the website and it worked), which the representative most likely knew. The cost of reimbursement of two scratches was taken "out of thin air" and was not confirmed by anything (consultation with the office), no act was drawn up, except for the car return sheet, which had the appropriate marks on the scheme. I paid 525 dirham, the representative wanted to take cash, but I insisted through the terminal to make it official. Waited for the terminal for about an hour (brought another representative). Checked the fines, toll roads - all in the end I returned the car. But

I was surprised - the car was in the dust, there was no serious pollution (but maybe I was inattentive and it really should have been done by me). The deposit would be returned to me in 21 days after the car was handed over, as I was told by the representative at the airport, minus the car wash. They informed me that they will return it by transfer to my card in rubles. I am looking forward to it
