Prices are adequate, without hidden commissions. I took out full insurance just in case. For 10 days of rent no problems with the car. I did not break any traffic rules, did not drive on toll roads. The return of the car also went without any problems. On the day of return, Farook manager called, arranged a place near the airport, washed the car before the return, checked the car, no new damage was found, then we were taken to the airport. I received and handed over the car at Almaktum airport, we managed to agree without extra fees. And what is important, I did not leave any deposit for the car itself, which is very rare. Overall, it went well. There were a couple of things that could be worked on. First of all, the operators on WhatsApp communicated only in English (some people may have difficulties with this). The second moment, initially it was indicated that the car was to be picked up at the Pyramid Center. But on the day of rent, while we were driving there, they sent us a point on the map where to pick up the car. Taking into account that we didn't have a SIM card with permanent internet, we didn't see it. And when we arrived to Pyramid, it was on Sunday, we didn't find anyone there. Of course we contacted the person who gave out the car and he came for us and took us to the parking lot where the car was. But it is desirable to describe all these things in advance. Opinion about the company remained positive. We are satisfied with the rental.
