長所 - 車は素晴らしかった。 短所 - 車を受け取るときに会った人が無礼だった。 - 現金のみであることを知らされておらず、現金を持っていなかった。解決策を提供しようとしても役に立たなかった。 - ガソリンがない状態で車を回収された。 - 車を回収する際、契約にはなかったが、車の清掃代として20ユーロを請求しようとした。私は角を曲がったところにある車のクリーニングに出すと申し出たが、拒否され、ブドヴァでクリーニングしなければならないと言われた。 全体的に車は素晴らしかったが、車の回収と返却のプロセスはお勧めできない。

Everything went well. We had a good experience :) the car was there on time and functioned wel. If I could give a tip, it would be to have a full tank at pick up, instead of having to fuel it up yourself at the start. But besides that everything was perfect.

The whole reservation process was hassle-free. Very nice email and WhatsApp contact. The vehicle was fine so far and didn't cause any problems while driving. Unfortunately, the car was not fully fueled when it was handed over. It is difficult to return a vehicle with the same tank level. Unfortunately, the driver with the rental car at the port in Kotor was about half an hour late for the handover. As a local, you should actually be able to estimate the local traffic and the time required. He was not on time at the time of return either. We were told over the phone to just park the car in the parking lot, lock it and put the key in the trunk. Which is what we did. Afterwards we noticed that the driver didn't have a spare key with him. Apparently we shouldn't have locked the car, but left it open. But we would still rent a vehicle from the company again, because overall the price-performance ratio is right.

良い点 - 快適なコミュニケーション、迅速な車の送迎、空港での信頼感。 悪かった点 - 古い車を利用したため、車内が汚く、チャイルドシートもとても汚れていた。 また、タイヤが1本すり減っていたので、気づいてすぐに車を交換しました。 全体的なレビューは良い - 隠された料金がなかったこと、保険の問題がなかったこと、私たちと車が目的を達成したこと。

My overall feedback is neutral, even I would say positive. The communication was perfect, car delivery and pick up, and everything was very unproblematic and worked very well. The car itself was as promised, was clean. It had though some technical issues. The hand break function was kind of instable. It had a not very intuitive handle and finally ended up with a warning sign on the board that it has some problem. Although it worked but one had to be careful to make sure. I think this needs a bit of service anyway. The second issue was with the central lock. It sometimes locked only rear doors, sometimes only the drivers doors, really very random. Needed accurate check after each locking to make sure that all doors are locked. But somehow we coped with it 😀 We did not contact the technical support because it would mean delay etc. , somehow it was not that critical stuff. So that's it.
