予約していた車はなく、メルセデスを希望していたので、ウェブサイトと同じ値段でシトロエン・カクタスを勧められた。緊急に車が必要だったので、同意せざるを得なかった。車の状態は良く、内装もきれいだった。しかし、それとは別に、車がガソリンの3/4タンクで運ばれてきたのには憤慨した。当然、ガソリンを入れるのに必要な量を計算するのは非常に難しく、タンクには10リットル多くガソリンが入っていた。大家は満タンにしすぎたガソリン代の補償を拒否した。だから、このような3/4に引っかかって、私たちが15ユーロ損をしたように、ガソリンが満タンだったことを要求しないように注意してください。事故や過失というより、小額の詐欺にしか見えない。

Acceptance and transfer of the car was as fast as possible and without problems! The whole family was very satisfied after such a vacation, because to be in Croatia and see all of its true beauty without a car is not real!We took the car for 4 days, on the penultimate day there was a small malfunction that we immediately reported to the lessor! Despite the fact that it was a day off and already evening, we immediately got in touch and offered technical inspection the next day, asking whether we can deliver the car or they will come in the morning and do the inspection, we refused the inspection and the next day in Podgorica handed over the car without any problems!We rented the car in Sutomore and handed it over in Podgorica, because from there we had a bus home! I would like to thank the lessor and his team in the rapid provision of services and in the maximum simplification of this process! Next time we visit Croatia, we will definitely turn to you! Thank you very much for a great vacation and a lot of positive emotions!!!!!.

We were happy with the car. It worked steady! Only the child’s seat seemed to be not the safest. We liked your service so far. Delivery and pickup were on time and the guy was very friendly. But we were surprised that we had to pay cash when we took over the car. We expected to be able to pay with credit card. This wasn’t noted in the booking documents. It was a bit disappointing that we had to get money from the airport ATM. This meant some extra costs for us. I hope this feedback helps you to fine tune your services
