차 자체는 괜찮습니다. 저희가 픽업해서 공항에 내려주기로 했어요! 하지만 공항에 도착했을 때 아무도 없었습니다. 운이 좋게도 누군가 저에게 전화를 걸어주었습니다. 하지만 아직 차가 없었어요. 오후에 예약한 차가 반쯤 비어 있는 상태로 도착했습니다. 비행기를 타기 전에 공항에서 차를 반납해야 했습니다. 이번에도 사전 예약에도 불구하고 아무도 없었고 이번에도 아무도 없었습니다. 그냥 주차장에 차를 두고 문자 메시지를 남겼습니다. 그 과정이 정말 끔찍했어요!

The car was really nice! We had one problem with cylinder, but repair it for 20 lari without any problem! Car was clear and tidy. You can go with it anywhere you want! The 4x4 drive is amazing, if you want to explore Georgia Pajero is a good choice! The owner is really helpful and hospitable. He even gave us a homemade wine at the end of holiday. Strongly recommend!

We (I and my wife) rented a ford escape for 11 days. We arrived and departed from Kutaisi airport, so we collected and dropped off the car on Kutaisi airports parking. Alexander invited us in the airport, provided a free SIM card and helped us to initialize and charge the card in order to use Internet in our own navigation smartphone

1. Pepople from Local Hires told me that This Suzuki will be fine to drive between Mestia and Ushguli. That was not right. I need propoer 4x4 car for this road. 2. The person responsible for collecting a car (Zaili)....He is unprofessional. We supposed to meet 100 minutes before my departure time(on Airport) to collect a car (we made appoinment 1 day before by WhatsApp). I called him at that time. He said he will be in 4 minutes! Finally he arrived 40 minutes before my schedule departure time. It was a bit stressful for me since there was a huge que to safety check. When he arrived , he charged us 5Euro for washing a car. 30 minutes earlier the car was washed by me, and i paid only 1Euro. Car was cleaned in my opinion. I did not have a time to "fight" about 5 Euro. My complain is nothing about a money, it is about to be fair: be on time - it is recommended when we have schedule flights.

파사트를 주문했지만 쿠타이시에 도착했을 때 아무도 우리를 만나주지 않았고, 몇 번의 전화 끝에 파사트의 재고가 없다는 사실을 알게 되었습니다. 하지만 한 시간 만에 분쟁이 해결되었습니다. 저는 프리우스에 동의했고 주인은 보증금 없이 할인을 해주었습니다. 출발 전날 주인에게 전화를 걸어 밤 03:00에 만나 차를 옮기기로 동의했지만 (05:00 출발) 아무도 오지 않고 전화를받지 않았고 공항 주차장에 차를 맡겨야했습니다. 그러나 분노는 지나갔고 모든 일이 그렇게 일어난 것이 기쁩니다. 차는 잘 관리되고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 주인은 좋은 사람이고 파사트 문제를 해결하려고 노력한 것을 알 수 있습니다. 그가 공항에 오지 않았지만 나는 그에게 화를 내지 않습니다 (그는 아직 어리고 자고 싶어합니다). 일반적으로 나는 그에게 차에 대해 감사합니다!
