차는 같은 등급의 다른 차종인 닛산으로 교체되었습니다. 안타깝게도 공항에서 차량을 받지 못했습니다. 신청서에 적힌 전화번호로 전화를 걸어 렌트 업체와 연락을 취한 후 공항 주차장에서 만나 주차비를 지불하고 차량을 이용했습니다. 차 상태는 양호했고 불만 사항도 없었습니다. 차를 인도할 때 세차를 해야 하며 세차 비용은 보증금에서 공제된다고 했습니다. 차에 먼지가 쌓여 있었고 심각한 오염은 없었습니다(하지만 제가 부주의해서 제가 직접 세차를 했어야 했나 봅니다). 공항 직원이 말한 대로 세차 비용을 제외한 보증금은 차량 인도 후 21일 이내에 돌려받을 수 있었습니다. 그들은 루블로 내 카드로 이체하여 반환 할 것이라고 말했습니다. 나는 그것을 기대하고 있습니다

They brought the car with a half-filled tank (although when returning they ask to fill it up to full) + plus they charged 35 dirhams at the airport, although, as agreed, everything was paid for. I was expected to take exactly same car as I ordered but they give me Mitsubishi Outlander, the steering wheel always turned to the right even on a flat road, I had to constantly steer it to go straight which was not ok. Overall, car was not on good condition at all.

I rented a Suzuki from February 22 to 25 of this year but received a Nissan instead an hour late from the appointed time. The car was in terrible condition, due to lack of time to wait for another car, I was forced to pick this one up and the first thing I did was go to the car wash. The fuel level was slightly higher than the empty tank, but I returned it with the same level. The driver who brought the car was very friendly. The manager with whom I contacted via WhatsApp kindly prepared all the documents in advance and receiving the car at the airport terminal took only a few minutes. After returning the car to the same place, I was told that after 14 days I could receive the cash deposit back. After two weeks, I contacted the manager about payment but could not get an answer for 4 days. in the end, after four days of silence, they told me that they meant 14 working days and that the period expires this week, and the money will be transferred to me on Monday of the next week, that is, March 18th. Overall I was pleased. Will I use the services of "takecars.com" again? - Probably yes. Thank you. Best wishes.

I rented a Nissan Kicks car in January, the car was new, clean, delivery service was good, everything was on time. brought to the airport and picked up from the hotel with transfer to the airport on the way back. The deposit for the car was returned after 23 days to the debit card. I recommend!
